TBBI Announces Changes for BB16 Coverage

We’re back and ready for the premiere of BIG BROTHER 16! Are you?! Big Brother premieres in just 25 days! As we get closer, we here at The Big Brother Insider are getting ready to mark our 5^th season of coverage and we couldn't be more excited. We want to take this time to inform you of some small changes we are making in order to bring you the best coverage for this upcoming season.

After the catastrophe that was Big Brother 15 I considered not doing this, not blogging and covering BB anymore. I knew I wouldn't have the time since I've decided to go back to college and further my education. I also knew the amount of stress this puts on me sometimes doesn't seem worth it, especially when the haters come out.

However, after I took a couple weeks off after BB15 aired, I realized how much I LOVE this, I love talking to the fans and getting the chance to blog about BB. I wasn't going to let the haters win. I decided to stay and keep blogging for YOU, the fans.

To make it easier on myself I thought I would stop posting my opinions. I’d just strictly post Big Brother News (and become another one of the hundreds of Big Brother Websites out there). I realized shortly after that having my opinion and sharing it and accepting others opinions is what sets me and this blog apart from all the others.

So I have decided that I want to do BOTH this season. I want to post more news for you guys and keep the opinion part also (that means some articles might seem biased). I look forward to hearing your opinion. I want to write more opinion based articles because I want to hear YOUR opinion. I'm not trying to flaunt my views or change your views, I want to see what the other side has to say... I am looking forward to that.

Even though I’m doing more opinion based news articles this season. I have to know what is working and what is not. My Eviction Prediction’s took too much time and nobody read them. So they will not be returning in our coverage of BB16.

We received such great feedback on our WWYO Game (Averaging 200+ votes a week!); we have decided to do it again for BB16. We can’t wait to see what houseguests YOU want out!

New Writers
This season, I decided to change it up a bit. In the effort to bring even more content to you guys, I have assembled a great team of writers to join me this season in covering Big Brother. You can read about each of the writers on our "About" page. (More will be added soon!)

We're especially excited to have Big Brother Canada Insider's Brendan Cooney join the team this season! Brendan will be posting a weekly Houseguest Ranking blog entitled "Bmcooney's Weekly Houseguest Beatdown". Stay tuned for other exciting things to come out of the new writers. We think you'll like it, We're very excited!

Live Feed Updates
NEW this season to our coverage is the addition of a new twitter account dedicated to the Live Feeds. We have created a account on Twitter dedicated solely to what is happening in the Big Brother House...You can follow it now, @BBLF_TBBI or follow our live feed updates using hashtag #BB16LF.

Social Networks
Speaking of Social Networks such as Twitter, don't forget we are very active on Social Media! We will continue to post a question on our Facebook Page every Friday as apart of "Shoutout Friday". Also, as always, we will continue to discuss everything Big Brother on our Twitter. We've also recently joined Beamly and have a TV Room, where we can discuss the show with YOU, the fans! So make sure your following us on all your favorite Social Networks.
